Payment Policies
We offer several convenient ways to manage your investment in oral health.
Payment at Time of Service
For single-visit procedures and emergency appointments, payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment:
- Cash
- Personal check
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
Prepayment Savings
Receive a 3% courtesy discount when you pay in full before treatment begins when other courtesies have not been applied.
This option provides maximum savings and simplifies your billing.
Split Payments for Multi-Visit Treatment
For treatment plans that span multiple visits, fees can be divided into two or three equal payments over a period of up to three months.
1st payment: at the start of treatment
2nd payment: one month later
3rd payment (if applicable): two months later
Extended Financing
For patients who prefer more flexibility, CareCredit offers convenient monthly payment plans.You can apply online at carecredit.com or in our office.

While we are an out of network provider, we work with many dental insurance plans to maximize the patients benefits, including:

As a courtesy, our team will prepare and submit claims on your behalf.
Please note: You are responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies process claims within 4–6 weeks. Reimbursements are typically sent directly to the policyholder. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan before your appointment.
